customers along with their answers below. If you cannot find the answers
you need below then please contact our staff and we

1. Are your cabinets all wood
or some kind of particle board material?
Our cabinets are ALL WOOD. We do not use so-called
'fake' wood in any of our cabinet pieces. Each respective
cabinet line page will show you what type of wood the cabinet is
made of along with other specifications for that line and style.

priced so low?
Yes, these ARE high quality cabinets. Through a joint

While we do offer entry, mid, and high level cabinet lines each
of them is solid wood with high quality
joinery, hinges, etc.

5. What if an item I ordered is out of stock? What
happens?
Should an item be out of stock it may take an additional week or longer for
the piece to arrive. We may or may not ship the out of stock items
separately when they become available so you can begin work with those which are
available at the time of ordering.

6. You are not stocking large pantries - why is
this?
We were stocking large pantries, however, we had too many problems with
damage during shipping due to size. Now, we stock two smaller pantries
which can be used to build a larger one.

7. Where are your base fillers?
To reduce stocking cost we use wall fillers for our base fillers. The
wall fillers can easily be cut down to size. Between cabinets there will
be a gap. A toe kick will need to run along the base of the cabinet.

8. Where are the different wall filler sizes?
All wall fillers can be cut down to any size. For example, a W642 can

9. I see an item in your spec book, however, I do
not see it online for purchase. Is this item available?
Please let us know which item it is by contacting our staff and we will let
you know if that piece is available or not. It may be available through
special order from our factory. In the event we cannot obtain the piece
there are almost always substitute pieces which can be used to complete your
kitchen.

11. How much will shipping cost me for my order?
This all depends on the total weight of your order as well as where you are
located. Once you send us your quote request online we will check if the
items are in stock as well as calculate your shipping cost - this is based off
total weight and your zip code. Your items will be shipped from the
closest warehouse available to make sure you have the lowest shipping cost
possible.

12. Are all sides of the panels finished or do I
need to buy some type of panels?

13. I just received my invoice - is your payment
processing secure?
YES. We we offer payment processing through our own site via SSL
(secure socket layer). On the invoice payment page you can distinguish
this by the https:// in the address bar which means the page is secure and
encrypted. Most browsers will also show a lock icon which you can click to
verify our security certificate. Our certificate was issued by 'Equifax
Secure Inc.' to our site. We highly advise any customers concerned
to view this.
We also offer a 3rd party processor, PayPal, which is the worlds leading
secure online payment solution. You can use either method to pay your
invoice.
